Vaelash AI provides a front-office recovery and follow-up layer. It does not replace dispatch software, inspection reporting, technician routing, emergency judgment, invoicing, payroll, or the client's internal operations.
3. Pricing and package fit
Published pricing is for current pilot packages and may depend on fit, usage, scope, and implementation requirements. Extra phone numbers, heavy call or SMS usage, AI voice minutes, toll-free verification, paid integrations, and custom third-party tools may be billed separately.
4. No guarantee
Vaelash AI does not guarantee a specific revenue result, customer response rate, number of booked jobs, or proposal close rate. Results depend on client operations, market conditions, response speed, and data quality.
5. Emergency limitation
Vaelash AI may support emergency handoff alerts and callback visibility, but it does not dispatch emergency technicians or make emergency decisions. The client remains responsible for emergency procedures and human judgment.
