Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vaelash AI website, public service information, Fit Review forms, and pre-contract communications. If you become a client, the signed Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, order, addendum, or other written agreement will control the paid services and will prevail if it conflicts with these website Terms.
1. Website use and acceptance
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, misuse forms or communications, or use website content in a way that infringes Vaelash or third-party rights. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website.
2. No client relationship from website use
This website provides general information about Vaelash AI services for Fire & Life Safety ITM contractors. Visiting the site, sending an email, submitting a form, or booking a Fit Review does not by itself create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter an engagement.
3. Vaelash service scope
Vaelash may provide managed nontechnical follow-through, supporting automation, optional front-office, request/booking and renewal capabilities, AI-enabled tools, and lightweight operating infrastructure where appropriate. Exact scope is defined only in an approved written engagement.
4. Important service boundaries
Vaelash does not replace qualified Fire ITM technical judgment, fire-code or NFPA interpretation, inspection reporting, field technicians, technician dispatch authority, emergency-response decision-making, proposal pricing or repair-scope authority, accounting, payroll, or other responsibilities retained by the contractor and its specialized systems. Vaelash may coordinate approved administrative actions and route questions to the client’s authorized personnel.
5. Fit Reviews, proposals, and commercial terms
A Fit Review is intended to determine whether there is a suitable operational gap and what service configuration may be appropriate. Public website descriptions are not binding offers. Scope, fees, usage allowances, implementation requirements, third-party charges, custom work, and other commercial terms are established in the applicable written proposal, SOW, order, or agreement.
6. No guarantee of results
Vaelash does not guarantee revenue, recovered revenue, proposal approvals, bookings, customer responses, response times by third parties, savings, or any other specific business outcome. Results depend on customer decisions, client response speed, data quality, operational capacity, third-party platforms, and other factors outside Vaelash’s control.
7. User and client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining lawful rights to information you submit, protecting your credentials, and complying with applicable laws when communicating with Vaelash. Clients remain responsible for technical, pricing, dispatch, emergency, legal, compliance, and other authority-dependent decisions unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
8. Communications and SMS
If you opt in to SMS or other communications, Vaelash may contact you according to the consent provided and the purpose of the inquiry or service. Message and data rates may apply. SMS-specific terms, including STOP and HELP instructions, are available in the SMS Terms. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, branding, text, graphics, service descriptions, workflows, and other Vaelash-created materials are owned by Vaelash or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use public website content for ordinary business evaluation but may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected material without permission.
10. Third-party tools and links
The website and Vaelash services may rely on third-party platforms, embedded forms, hosting providers, communications systems, CRM/FSM tools, calendars, AI providers, or other services. Vaelash does not control third-party availability, pricing, policies, security, carrier filtering, outages, API changes, or service limitations, and third-party terms may also apply.
11. Website availability and changes
Vaelash may update, suspend, remove, or change website content and functionality without notice. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all public content will always be current at every moment.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and public information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed accuracy. Nothing on this website is legal, accounting, engineering, fire-code, or professional Fire ITM advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaelash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-opportunity, goodwill, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use this website, reliance on public information, or third-party website services. Any liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable signed client agreement.
14. Privacy
Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you use SMS communications, our SMS Terms also apply.
15. Governing law
Unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise or mandatory law requires a different result, these website Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India having jurisdiction over Vaelash’s principal place of business will have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these website Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
Vaelash may update these Terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted on this page is the current website version.
