2. Service description
Vaelash AI provides a phone-first front-office automation layer for Fire & Life Safety ITM contractors. Services may include communication, conversion, booking support, callback discipline, renewal visibility, basic review request, weekly reporting, and related automation setup depending on the agreed scope.
3. Founder Pilot offer
The Growth Founder Pilot is a limited early-client offer for the first few Fire ITM installs. Public website pricing is informational only and does not create a binding service agreement until both parties approve scope, payment terms, and onboarding requirements.
4. No payment collected on website
The Founder Pilot application form and booking page do not collect payment. Payment, if applicable, will be handled only after fit review, scope confirmation, and agreement between Vaelash AI and the client.
5. Service boundaries
- Vaelash AI does not replace dispatch ERP, technician routing, invoicing, payroll, inspection reporting, accounting, or full field-service operations.
- Emergency Dispatch Handoff means urgent alerting, callback task creation, after-hours escalation, and human handoff. It does not mean automatic technician dispatch or route optimization.
- Native integrations are not guaranteed unless client software, permissions, API access, and handoff requirements are reviewed and agreed.
- Phone numbers, SMS/messaging usage, AI/voice usage, and paid integration tools may be billed separately unless specifically packaged in writing.
6. No guarantee of results
Vaelash AI may help improve visibility, follow-up discipline, and operational consistency, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, call recovery, booking volume, reviews, compliance outcomes, or business results.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, service areas, hours, escalation contacts, calendar rules, system access, review links, consent rules, and any information required for implementation.
8. Third-party platforms
Vaelash AI may use or configure third-party tools such as CRM, automation, calendar, email, phone, SMS, analytics, or AI services. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
9. Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy, layouts, concepts, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by Vaelash AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaelash AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or pre-sales communications.
